Where culture meets purpose. Where intention becomes impact.
“Two decades of leading people taught me one thing above all else: when people feel seen, connected, and part of something bigger than their job title, everything changes.”
Who We Are
My name is Frauke Aoun, founder of The Sila Collective. My career in hospitality leadership gave me a front-row seat to the power of culture as well as the cost of neglecting it. Over twenty years, I built teams, shaped guest experiences, and became the person always asking: how do we take better care of our people? How do we nurture the community around us?
That question led me to CSR work. I've had the privilege of developing and leading corporate social responsibility strategies and events across the UAE and what I found, consistently, was this: the willingness to do good is almost always there. The roadmap to get there, often isn't.
I created Sila to bridge that gap.
For the businesses that want to build a culture of purpose but don't know where to start. For the smaller companies that assume CSR is only for big budgets. For the NGOs doing extraordinary work but struggling to attract volunteers, plan effectively, or tell their story. And for the individuals who want to raise conscious families and live with more intention.
Sila exists to make purpose practical and to connect people, organizations, and causes in ways that create real, lasting impact.
Connection. Culture. Community.
Sila is not an NGO.
Not a protest movement.
Not an ESG checkbox consultant.
Sila is a culture and CSR advisory. a translator between people, purpose, and performance. A safe partner for large corporates. A credible, accessible resource for businesses of every size.
